Yearly Maintenance Plan Program
RCO Property Management offers an easier solution to all your yearly lawn care needs. You can sign up for the Yearly Maintenance Plan Program (YMPP) for any of the following services:
- Routine Yard Maintenance – This includes mowing, trimming and edging once every 10 days beginning March 1st and ending October 31st each year.
- Leaf Mulching – Once per month beginning November 1 and ending February 28.
- Shrub Trimming – Done once per month on normal scheduled mowing date.
- Other Services – See list of other services offered on this page. These will be done as needed.
How the YMPP works:
A RCO Property Management representative will come meet with you and give you an estimate on the service, or services, that you wish to have done. We then give you a monthly estimate amount for that service. We multiply it times the number of months we will have to perform that service. We then divide that number by 12 months. This is how we arrive at your monthly payment. You pay just 12 equal monthly payments which is less than what you would normally pay monthly for the service! For example: you are being charge $50 every 10 days for your yard to be maintenance. That comes to $150 per month from March to October. What we will do is take that $150 per month; multiply it times the number of months in the mowing season, which there are 8. That amount comes to $1200. We then divide that by 12. That makes your monthly payment for 12 months just $100!!!
Any of our services are available for the YMPP (with the exception of Shrub Trimming. You must have the Routine Yard Maintenance Plan for this option).
